When you ask to hear from us or contact support, we process the email and information you give us. Retreat interest can include a name and the optional note you send. If you give a question a +1, we store its source ID with a hashed random browser identifier for up to 24 months. We do not store your IP address with that signal, and you can undo it from the same browser.

On aatam.app, Vercel Web Analytics gives us aggregate counts of page visits and selected clicks into experiences, programmes, everyday listening and shared starts. It also reports broad location, browser and device information. We send no names, email addresses, form answers or personal URL details to website analytics, and we do not record your screen. The service uses a temporary request hash to count visitors; that visitor session ends after 24 hours. We skip website analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

AATAM Immersive uses a name you choose, a pass and records of your listening sessions to provide access and keep your progress. Your pass is stored on your device. If you choose email recovery, reminders or an account, we also process the contact and account information needed for that choice. A shared recorded start does not use your camera or a public chat. A personally hosted session states its participation and recording arrangements before you join.

Listen also records connection and visit information, including IP address, approximate location supplied by our hosting service, device type, language, the referring website and campaign information. Visit records and attendance are separate from the aggregate website analytics described above. We do not publish your name or IP address in audience counts.

Vercel hosts the website and Listen. Supabase provides account and database services. Sanity holds published content, and Bunny delivers audio, video and images. Resend delivers emails through our messaging service. Where you use an existing payment service, Stripe processes the payment and we keep the information needed to recognise your access and handle the transaction. The services involved depend on which features you use.

We use your consent for requested email updates and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, working and useful, including understanding its aggregate use. We do not sell your data or run advertising cookies.

You can ask to access, correct, receive a copy of or delete your personal data. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. You can also ask us to restrict processing or object where the law provides that right. Contact support@aatam.app; we may need to confirm that the request concerns your account. You can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority where you live or work. Deletion may leave records that we must keep for legal obligations or an unresolved payment or dispute.
